Worst banking

A stupid bank hired bihari idiots right from executive level to vice president level. they have dual designations too for example a manager is a vice president too. hee hee like peon is an executive cum manager cum field worker cum vice president cum director. Multi tasking people.


I still remember sometime back when the stupid app stopped working and I called the customer care and the super idiot manager asked me to wait for 2 days. I realised that day that I cant be dependent on this stupid bank. Same thing happened two days back when I tried to transfer some funds to my other account and I got an error saying invalid bank account. I called this stupid customer care and manager again asked me to wait for 3- working days.


Idiots have no experience and knowledge. I really hate this bank now. I asked the senior to call me and now it has been 4 working days and nobody called me.


then I tried to escalalte this matter and asked their sr. management to call me and guess what they f*cking vice presidents on or mars or jupiter cant call the customer.


Kotak has hired uneducated FUCCCCKIIING BIHARI’S in their banking system and ofcourse how can we expect a professional serivce.
