I opened a zero balance account 811 from kotak mahidra bank sitting at home
I submitted all my documents online
and then they call me for the approval for kyc they wanted to to scan my finger print and so they call me in the nearest kotak branch. So I went in the branch which is in amabadi road and which is 10 min aways from station
I was lil scare because this was the first time I was going to bank alone. Bcz I am just 19 years. And this is my first account
So I just ask the lady in the reception that I got a call from kotak for the kfc aproval. So she told me to go in the different counter so I went their then that sir told me to sit for 2 min and I was sitting and for the 2 min then he told me to come with him I went he told me to sit in conference room and then he come with fingerprint verification machine and he verified my fingerprint and then he gave me all the information about the mobile app. They were soo good and they treated me so well
