Hi I am Srikanth and I am going to share my personal experience over using 811 account. I have applied to this bank using mobile. To create zero account we need aadhar card and pan card to apply for zero account. I like over interface but I didn’t like app performance, the performance app is very slow. It provides the UPI address to transfer money to other banks. It also provides the virtual debit card but till now I didn’t get any VDC and showing as it is processing for 2 days but I completed my KYC more than 15 days but still it is showing as processing. I wasted my 50 on KYC as Executor said for service charges. But still I didn’t get any virtual debit card.
