A friend of mine opened a 811 Savings bank account with Kotak Mahindra and the account got activated immediately. Thanks to their service for this.
He added 15, 000 INR to the account and soon after 2 days he wanted to transfer 10000INR to my account through net banking as it is free. As soon as he tried to login through PC, it said that this account is not registered for net banking . He was very disappointed and called up the customer care and they said that it would be fixed within 2 days and this problem generally happens because this is a new account.
After 3 days he tried doing the same but still couldnt login . We were unsatisfied and he rang up the customer service again. This time they said that they are going to forward it to another team and it would get alright in the next 7 days.
After 7 days he was able to login. They should improve on this service so that customers get satisfied and they dont have to face problems during emergency.
