I Have a account in KMB from last one year , firstly they used to send email and text message of every transaction that I made and the toll free number was working but now they dont care to send the email resulting in doubtful transaction , and now when I called the toll free number 18001026022 the ivr is saying that the no. is changed and now you will be charged as local rates .Its not a fair deal to maintain Rs10000 min vak and bo getting even a toll free no.
