I had a salary account in this bank.
When it comes to review the services of this bank, nothing comes +ve in my head.
Today, 1st day of the year they deduct Rs 600 from my account saying that I use demat account whereas earlier I asked many times to them to close this service whereas they didn’t close it.
Also when I had opened my account in this bank, they said the demat service is all free whereas they deduct money for this now.
What I would like to say you guys that "Rs 600"-it really doesn’t matter to me but at least you guys should not say fake things to customer & with that kind of service you people will really not go too long in the industry.
