They are good enough for kids below 18 years as they provide good facilities in children banking and also gives Debit Card which is a big pro of them. I just filled up a form online for new account on their website and they called me for my Aadhar Card and came to my home and took a xerox of my Aadhar Card and gave me my Debit Card along with my passbook. So their customer service is very nice according to me. I have never tried out phone or net banking. But their ATM Service is pathetic. Its the worst. That’s why I consider it as an average bank.
