I’m Customer of this Bank Since 2016. Created A Salary Account, & Now converted it in Normal 0 Balance account. But This Monday I have visited To Kotak Mahindra’s Swargate, Pune Branch’s ATM and insert my card in machine but as I inserted the card in machine it didn’t come out in one part.When I Inserts the card I tryed to pul it out but it was not coming out, at that movement I inform this to security guard but he shout on me and told me "its your fault, Pull it, don’t ask to me.( Tujhi Chuk Ahe Tu Card Takla Mala Sangu Nako).
The I pull the card but its half part came out and another part leaves in machine.Then I go to help desk for new card request and inform him all matter.He was ready to take my request and told me about charges approx 200rs. I said ok then I Ask him to send my new card to my home branch or anywhere in Pune. But they are telling they will send my new card at my purmanant address that given as address proof on Aadhar card that is 700Km Away from Pune. And no one from my family is there to take my card, I told them there is no one on this place to collect card. they told me change the address. BUT I JUST WANT MY NEW ATM CARD IN ANY BRANCH OF PUNE, THEY SAID THEY CANT SEND IT ANYWHERE EXPECT YOUR ADDRESS THAT IS APPROX 700KM AWAY FFROM PUNE & NO ONE IS THERE TO RECIVE THE CARD. SO IN THIS MATTER I’M TOTALLY UNSATISFIED AND JUST WANT TO SAY. Didn’t Helped.
