I had opened a salary account with this bank. But trust I couldn’t receive it for over 15 days past the salary issue date. my account form was rejected, and the the representative didn’t bother to inform me about it, at least an automated email would have done the job. then, everything was more fcked up, as they didn’t know the process so well. they updated the address on their own to my permanent address far off from where I work. Common sense, obviously "my passport" will have address of the place where I belong. why not update the address I mentioned while filling the form. now they sent my kit to the permanent address, they want me to fly to that place to collect the kit, then only I can use my own money! Bullshit!
They are incompetent, irresponsible, and ill mannered and unprofessional. Don’t ever bank with them. I give them zero star!
