Kotak needs improvement

I have account in kotak mahindra bank from since two years and recently the government rules and regulation came that its mandatory to update KYC with linking Aadhaar card and pan card with our account.But from three months by online, I have been trying to registered with bank account to update Aadhaar card and pan card for KYC and no response from bank and also I had mail to branch and they reply after five days stating that I need to contact bank branch or else I need to go and visit to bank.But I was not there in the city and I had told several times that I cannot visit to bank before 31 December.


Then I ask for any further solution to update KYC still they dint provide any further solution and they said if before 31December KYC not updated the account might get blocked and Iam disappointed with their service.


The bank service is slow compared with all other branch and ATM service is less its need improvement.
