I have applied for a personal loan with Kotak Mahindra Bank, Loan process was super fast until they collect all the documents from the customer. After that for the payment we have to run behind them.
They don’t even check emails. I used to call the person who collected the documents and After some point of time he has given another guy’s number. Like that I have got 4 different number. Nobody responses. I has been a month time and I have signed in their loan agreement and given 9 cheque leaves and not get the money yet.
Every month they are in a hurry to get loan applicants to achieve their targets. Once they are done with collecting applications after that for the payment process they will take lot of time.
This incident happened to few of my friends as well whoever applied on Kotak Mahindra Bank.
