Kotak Sick Cards.

I would like to write my absolute pathetic experience with Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit cards. Our company has an corporate Salary acocunt with kotak bank.


Our company manages the contact centre for Jet Airways India Ltd. I was not having any problem for the first 1.5 years, infact I had very good image of this bank in my eyes. until this incident happened which changed all my views about this bank.


When they started with lauching their credit cards their sales person use to come to our office on daiy basis to inform about their new product. (Credit Card). After which many of us was told to apply for the same. They took all the relevant and important documents from us (Pan Card, Driving Liscence & Salary slips.) and said will revert within few weeks.


We waited and waited but dint get any reply from them. and finally I called their customer care cell and to my surprise they dont have any documents with them !!!!!! I also gave the name of the agent who collected those documents along with his cell phone no. I was really having a very hard time dealing with them. Upon asking for a responsible person whom we can speak we got a standard answer from them "SORRY SIR THEY ARE BUZZY IN A MEETING." I suppose They were buzzy discussing how they can cheat the customer or how to take a customer for a ride.


Frustated from this I directly wrote an complaint email to their Managing Director Mr. Uday Kotak. to look into this matter I wanted my documents back which I had submitted to them because for me my documents were more important than their sick credit card. I did got a call from their end assuring me that they will return my documents back. But till yet I havent heard from them. They say they hav already sent, upon asking the AWB bil no through which courier they sent their reply is we will get back to you with the details. I am still waiting for their reply, All this communication was handled by Ms Priya. who I believe is not at all professional doing her job and cannot do their follow ups properly. I would request you to put this review to Mr Uday kotak immediately.


I would also want to tell you that I have switched on to ICICI bank for my further transactions and have initiated the process of closing the kotak account because of this PATHETIC AND UN PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE.. This is what I get after a long wait Yet another surprising SHOCKING EMAIL... From Kotak. After giving away all important documents this is what they have to say. Really surprising I think even a govt dept works more efficiently than them... God saves Kotak Customers.
