I usually never like to write negative about any review but experiance make us write truth sometime, atleast others will learn from our mistakes.
I am using CREDIT CARDS since my first job, That is way back in 1999, now almost 12 yrs..... Having almost all cards which you find in india. Due to curiousity, I applied for Kotak PLatinum Card, they delay the collection of document for 1 month, normally other bank collect in hours that too by making your life hell by making thousands of call in a day. The FI was very bad experiance, bothered my family by visiting 3 to 4 times. irritating me doing same at my office. Above all sending a card with Wrong Name that too after doing all checking many many times. I never given this many documents for any other card.
Informed about this error to their customer care, Send new documents, But what is this, They are sending again a new card with same Mistake drive hell out of me.above all I applied for Platinum card and they are sending me Kotak PVR card ? I am not found of Movies.
Now coming to service part, My card was offered for Free for life but what is this, since they send me affinity card with PVR here I need to pay annual fee.
Can understand if its worth to pay if you got facilities for fee you are paying!
Disappointing !!
