Hello guys, I am back with my new review of Kotak Life Insurance . I have been experienced this one as it happens to me in real life. I have been using their service for a while but they are good previously. Now they are quite degrading in terms of service, claims & plans. As a customer I have faced many worst experience, they listen to my problems but they don’t actually failed to assist me with my problems of claim settlement. I have been facing problems with their new policy & I wished to change my plans and premiums as in those days I am facing some issue regarding my monetary problems. They even let down on my personal services too. They are hobnobbing with their scrambled systems for several times to me. Finally I decided to sign up for something else but not Kotak Mahindra. Staff attitudes are also so irritating that I am very much offended with their services they ignore almost all major problems I have. I won’t recommend it.
