I had sold my car that was financed by Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited. Addis Marketing was the financing agent of the buyer who bought my car. Addis Marketing paid off the dues to KMPL. 10 days later, an employee of Addis Marketing(Ramkumar Dhuriy) went to KMPL with a letter where my signature was forged requesting for NOC, and without even verifying with me, Mr Santosh Jagtap(a Kotak employee) hands over my NOC documents to Ramkumar Dhuriy. After I came to know about this, I went to the Kalina branch and questioned him. He had the nerve to answer me saying "we receive over 100 customers per day, we cannot verify each and every signature, therefore I handed over the NOC document"
Firstly, they randomly handover documents without the customers consent and verification, secondly, they give such retarded answers and to top it off, none of them have the courage to take responsibility of their blunder. Mr Rajinder Malhotra, Mr Dhaval Gogri, Mr Santosh Jagtap and Mr Virendra Yadav are playing the blame game with each other. One is blaming the other.
Thoroughly disgusting service and response from such an institution!
A FIR has been lodged with the Police station against Kotak as well as Addis Marketing. Against Kotak for submitting my documents without my consent nor verifying with me, and against Addis Marketing(Mr Sachin Parekh) for forging my signature on a document.
