I had been having a very bad experience with kotak securities.Firstly the reason I chose kotak securities was that they told be I will be charged a brokerage of 0.15%, which turned out to be fake..coz they have been charging 0.25% for months now.
I came to know abt it only wen I inquired with customer care. Secondly they keep on charging u with unnecessary things, buy the time u know abt it. You’ll have lost nearly 50% of ur money.
Wen I decided to close my account becoz of high brokerage n a lot of money deduction which was unaccounted for, then they deducted nearly 75% of the money I had left in my account.My recommendation is never open a account with kotak securities. And remember, once u open a account you’ll regret for sure.
Please avoid this broker.
