I wanted a "Delivery Instruction Slip" booklet. I called customer service and talked to Sheetal at around 3:00 pm today. She said I have to go to nearest Branch. When I told her I am a senior citizen with health issues and find it difficult to commute in Mumbai so could you please take the request on the phone/email. She kept on repeating "You have to visit branch"
When I asked her to tell her manager that 1. Senior Citizen on call 2. High net worth with Rs. 1 crore plus portfolio 3. Cannot travel.
The manager refused to talk to me even though she put my call on hold thrice and tried to call him. The managers attitude was worse because he should be one to retain a client.
But no - Kotak wants all their clients to go to Branch - even if they have to go there in a wheelchair.
"We make customers our no. 1 priority" on their website - all false slogans - really pathetic service.
