I have seen the reviews posted by some people. Some had bad experiences and few are happy customers.
I must say that the kotak securities is very good platform for all. I solved so many queries with customer support, which I got instant reply without any waiting. Account opening was never a problem trading with the kotak was never a problem. I am using this site since last one year, So happy about kotak
Drawbacks:
The drawbacks are there with the plateform , some upgradation is required.If you compare with Icici, site is not that good but I am satisfied with the services and offering.
