I am trading in the markets since last 6 years. Initially I opened trading account with some broker who claimed lowest brokerage in their ads. After the nightmare issues with them, I shifted to other. Again dropped there also. I used many accounts but not satisfied with anyone.
Finally two years back, I opened the account with Kotak securities. Till now I am using Kotak securities without any issues. Their trading platform KeatproX is wonderful, and I have not seen such a nice trading platform from others. Their mobile trading platform also great, you can place order simply and very quickly. No problems with the fund transfer, if u placed order for payout , you should get very next day in your bank account.
Their customer care also very responsible, when I called for some clarification they answered me in my local language. When my account was locked by my mistake, they immediately took steps and resolved the issue in minutes. Their brokerage is also good, I don’t say they are lowest but comparing others, they are good. So far the best broker for me, and I will go with them.
