This is what happened with me.
I was using Sharekhan and thought of another Demat A/C so that got more calls and information. I opt for Kotak Trinity A/C. First of all they asked you more money to open (50, 000/- or more).
As they said A/C is free but cutting Rs. 112.36/ Month(Cheats) with no good serviced provided. I have given Rs. 50, 000 cheque but only Rs 49000 has been transferred. Rs. 1000 has been blocked for no reason (Cheats).
Brokerage is also high which is again not justified. Desktop Software, Android App and website don’t even stand in comparison to other players. They are not even justifying AMC they are charging.
All in all Conclusion is Kotak Bank & Securities both are hopeless as they charge unjustified amount of money in the name of charges.
