KPIT had arrived our college for placements and 300 students had participated in which they selected 30 members and I am happy to say that I am placed in that company too. It had 3 rounds in the recruitment process. 1st round was aptitude in which was mix of quant and technical questions. 2nd round was technical in which the technical hr asked me about microcontrollers, microprocessors, analog and digital and a bit of c and c+ . And I had did a mini project on rfid reader based attendance system, he asked me to explain with block diagram and coding part. Then finally personal interview round in which hr asked me why do I need to join kpit, about myself, about posting, about the career and stuff. Then around 8 at night the results where out and I was selected. KPIT company is very good for freshers to gain a practical knowledge but the package is less 3.25 lpa and 2 years bond. Dont think the package is less after you get out from that company as it is a core company for electronics and mechanical people the package hike will be very high.
