Please do not join KPIT. The reason is because of HR panel. They(Especially lady HR) are very rude. They feel they are proud of working with KPIT and it is the only one company in the universe.
Initially thy while discussing salaries. They think that they have to pay from their pocket. They don’t know that they have to pay for quality.
