I joined this company as a fresher. I have seen all moods of this company. KPIT has hire n fire policy...ooh did I said POLICY believe me they dont have anything(every second day you will get mail for change in policy...he he)....POLICY works only to trouble employees .........I was in HiTech group...I have seen planning there career in this company, only few ppl get opportunity to learn and jump;-)......
AND YES I have seen more managers than engineers. Engnrs go mad because of micro management of these managers (they have no real jobs to do)..........
Pre-sales group is dam weak........no new projects, moreover KPIT is loosing existing customers due to unsatisfactory deliveries.........
Brand name......:-p........I always hide my ID when I come out of building...
KPIT has only Incubation centres.....no owned offices......
If you want non-tech growth, join KPIT........u wll learn a lot and become one of them......
If YOU KPIT is reading this msg I have some suggestions:
1) Services does not mean you are sold...learn from *ipro
2) Engineers first and Managers second at least for real company growth....hav lots of skip meetings
3) HR are virtually sold by Managers...I think they should not be pa
