I used to travel by NonA/c 2+1, NonA/c 2+2, Sleeper 2+1, Volvo 2+2, Multi Axle Volvo 2+2.
Here are the best and worst qualities of KPN.
Ticketing: Ticket Rates are reasonable and available for everyone at anytime. Other service providers used to block or rise the tickets in festival seasons. Cancelling Rate is High. Never use e-Ticketing.
Timing: Starts sharply, but in Hosur and Thovalai they will hold for 1 hour to Load and unload Parcels.
Clean: Very clean.
Bed Bugs: Nil
Speed:
NonA/c 2+1, NonA/c 2+2, Sleeper 2+1 are fitted with Speed Governor. So speed will not exceed above 70km/hr.
Volvo 2+2 will touch 90 Km/Hr
Multi Axle Volvo 2+2 will touch 120 Km/Hr.

Driver/Conductor: Always Rude. Midnight 2 AM, Driver and conductor will disturb the customers by shouting or laughing.
Service: If any trouble in the bus, within 30 mins we can get another bus to reach the destination.
Hotels: Parking at good hotels.
Movies: We can avoid watching new Movies in theater. We can watch New movies with 5.1 Quality.
Office Employees: Once I missed the Bus from Bangalore, KPN employee of HOSUR called Salem Employee and asked him to accommodate a customer to occupy my seat of the bus I missed in Salem and accommodate me in the next Bus. I gave 100 rupees to the employee, he refused to get it. Always caring people.
Overall: If KPN concentrate on People rather than Parcel, no one can beat KPN. Even they give 25% discount, I will use KPN.
