I am writing this revive based on my last travel from Bangalore to Chennai and this is second time I am facing problem from the kpn travels last time also they did not respond my call at the time of boding and this time they pick the call and they are not responding to my words they said something and they disconnected the call, its fully irritating in the time of journey
but the bus was very comfort at the time of travel that the only reason I went second time but this time also I am not satisfied with their services.
