I booked sleeper coach ticket for my family (wife and 2 kids) to Nagarkoil from Bangalore. Since this was a e-ticket, it mentioned that I should report at Wilson Garden. We reached at around 6:30 for the 7:15 departure.At around 7:20, we came to know that the sleeper coach will not come to Wilson Garden , but only to Bomanahalli.
My wife and my 2 kids with the luggage was asked to board another bus which will go to Bomanahalli and they said that she can change the bus there. I believed KPN and that was my mistake. They did not help her in moving the luggage from this bus to the nagercoil bus. My wife with a 10 month old baby, has to move all the luggage herself.
The worst part was when she was trying to board the sleeper coach, the drivers in the bus made a sexual comment in tamil about my wife. Not once , but twice they used vulgar comments about my wife. She was crying in the phone when she was narrating this incident. I am now very clear that most of the drivers in KPN are third grade basta*ds.My advise to all, please don’t use KPN and please don’t send your family alone, even if you want use this travels, cause you cannot believe any KPN employees and drivers especially
