I had tried this website because I seen the product I need was less cost so I had made an order on Kraftly because of their discount but the main thing is after I had ordered the items it had taken three days to them to accept my order then after 2 days then conformed my order and after a 3 days they shipped my product I thought it may be late but fine I would get my product.every day I would get message that it is out for delivery but it has been 6days but till now it was not delivered and today I got message called you refused the product so it is returning to shipper.I called customer service they simple said order once again.This is the service of the Kraftly and when coming to Kraftly website it is very easy to use and app is also good but they should develop service so it would be better for customers.
