Saw this seller, kraftndecor on ebay.in who delivers sheesam furniture anywhere in India. Trusting ebay I ordered Dining Table from this seller. This was my first purchase from this seller.
While placing the order, the owner Nimesh Surana, sound very professiona & polite. I called him for details & he promised for everything good. The bad experience started after placing order.
He will ship the product on his own wish. You keep on calling & he will keep on promising for quick delivery. Months will pass. Only solution was to file a refund on ebay. Seeing this he immediately delivered.
Damaged product delivered.
Product not as per specification nor as per requested.
Now you keep on calling & he never responds properly.
Nimesh is a fraud man & he will keep on fooling you very sweetly. He keeps promising that he has couriered the replacement etc. But that is all fake. He will never resolve the issues.
Finally I would say that if you definitely want to buy something from his company then dont buy directly. Buy through ebay.in. And never fall prey to his promises. If he delay, cancel the product. If something is damaged, dont wait for resolution, just file for refund & sent back the item. Make sure you do this within 1 month else ebay will also not support you. I waited for this resolution & 1 month passed. Now ebay can’t do anything.
