I hate this parlour and never want to go back there. Their service is so pathetic. They do not give proper service and look after their customers.
The staff is not having proper knowledge of what they are doing to their customers. They work as if they are there to get the salary only. When they are giving service on someone’s physical look they have to be more careful.
They change their staff very often, so the staff members are not evwn experienced. I went to this parlour once and I had a very bad experience with this parlour.
The girl who was serving me ruined my eyebrows, took more hair off from it. Then I was served by another girl present their by a promise that I will be served properly now, but during waxing my hand started bleeding and had rashes on it. So was so angry with service and staff. Tge interior was not good enough and equipments were so old and dirty. It was smelly and dirty everywhere. As the owner lady was not present in her parlour so the staff did not bother to look after the customers and parlour. So for me it was the worst experienced I have ever had.
