I’m posting this experience here just to make others aware never to purchase anything from Krishna Honda which is in Chandigarh Industrial area.
Key features of this place.
If you’ll go there to purchase anything sales rep won’t attend you.
They don’t have chairs where consumers can sit & rest since they take alot of time to deal & talk with you.
Ac only works for the car section not for the Scooter section.
The way sales representatives talk there is so rude that I’ve made up my mind that I’ll tell all my friends & will post this experience all over the blog websites.
We went there to purchase an activa for my sister. First nobody came to attend us. We ourselves had to ask who deals with these scooters & what are the features. It was may 08 & the rep didn’t even ask for a glass of water. Somehow we booked the activa for my sister. They told us that after one month they’ll call us. But nobody called us to inform us. We ourselves had to go there to inquire. Sales rep won’t give their phone numbers you’ll have to ask for the same & the one which they gave us was always busy.
It was so irritating. When we reached there to get the scooter they had a power shutdown that too only in scooter section Generators are only for car sections. Mind you!
They told us to come back after 4 hrs since they don’t have any arrangement for chairs.
Again after 4 hr we returned & then when we complained abt the service their employee tells us " You should not have purchased this from us look for somebody else".
Imagine as a customer how would somebody feel. Unfortunately we only have only one showroom for activa scooters here Guess what the worst thing is that only Krishna honda here in Chandigarh sells Activa. So bad.
So my suggestion to all those who are gifting their sisters activa or are looking to purchase it from "KRISHNA HONDA" Chandigarh kindly don’t purchase you will redempt in the end. Like us.
