I wanted to buy a LG Scarlet LCD & Home theatre so I went to the LG website https://lgezbuy.com. In the Dealer details I found KROME MALL Pune. Thinking that this mall is reknown and very near to my house I decide to short list it.
The Mobile number mentioned in the contact details was of Rajdeet (9890263938).But When I called a lady answered and when was asked for Rajdeet, someone prompted from began tell him “I am not in not in office”. The lady came back to me saying Rajdeet is on WORK OFF and this is not his mobile number.
DO you thing I should still do business with you? If your before sales service is like this wonder how the after sales service will be> I don’t think I should waste my time & money on your product.
