My name is Amit and I brought a Tata Altroz Xz model car from Kropex Auto Hosur road. I would like to say that the customer service is very nice and I was well informed about the product. I would specially like to thank the delivery executive named Manu who is very helpful and polite. Although I had some issues at the beginning regarding the delay in the delivery of the car but it was due to the covid situation. The delivery executive guided me well in getting the best car of my choice and also is very helpful in answering any kind of queries after getting the car. I would like to say that Tata should hire more executives like Manu so that the customer service experience would increase much more.
