All the promise made to me were false and they have tried to cheat me by giving the false hope and the wrong information. Not a single time they could keep their commitments. Since the delay from the first car booking was due to multiple offer and request made by Kropex Sales team with giving false hope and promise each time.
I took up this to even MD of KROPEX INDIA LTD and requested if they can help in this, he too clearly denied saying it is not the dealer’s matter and customer have to bear it ignoring all the events and promises made by sales representatives.
With all bitterness experiences, I will not hesitate to define KROPEX INDIA LTD an incapable dealer to handle the customer request. Seems like, they don’t have a basic business ethics and over and over they keep breaking commitments and give false hope. It shows unethical business conduct and over that they penalized customer for their own irresponsible behavior without having a bit of "sorry" feeling.
