The super hero concept has caught Bollywood. Now, doubts might arise as to the quality of the film. How will the special effects be? What will be the story? so many questions because it is an alien genre of film in Bollywood..
Put all those questions out of your mind because Krrish has arrived. Director Rakesh Roshan has made his best film ( and I guess it cant get any better).Hrithik has given in his career-highlight performance.
The Story...
The story begins with Krishna as a kid. He stays with his grandmother( Rekha). Since Krishnas parents are dead, he is staying with his granny. Now, Krishna too is an abnormal kid, but not like Rohit Mehra Jr(Koi...Mil Gaya). Krishna is overpowered. Because of this, he finds himself without friends. Finally, he makes a horse, his first friend. Then goes the usual story, He sees Priyanka Chopra, roams with her, falls in love, blah blah. But, Priya( Priyanka Chopra) leaves Krishnas village after the adventure camp is over. She goes back to Singapore and calls Krishna and requests him to come over by telling she loves him. Krishna falls for this and after a tiny battle with his granny , goes to Singapore.
Hey, wait. I have telling only 1 part of the story. Well, as for the other part, its about Rohit Mehra Jr. Now, the story rewinds 20 yrs back and Rohit is called by Dr.Arya (Naseerruddin Shah) to make a super-computer which will show the future. Rohit accepts this and makes such a super-computer in a time of 2 years. After this, Dr.Arya decides to finish off Rohit.
Now, back to the present. The twist comes when, Krishna and Priya are at the circus. The circus tent catches fire and there are a few children stuck up in the burning tent. Now, Krishna turns Krrish... He takes a broken mask and inverts his jacket to instantly change into a super-hero. He saves the children. He becomes the hero of Singapore...
The climax of the film is something which no one would have expected. Allthe fights in the film are up to Hollywood perfection. The technical work has been the biggest + to the film. The background scores have been awesome. The song Koi...Tumsa Nahin is probably the chartbuster of the year.
Before I conclude in this review, I would like to tell one thing. Please look at Krrish like an Indian film and not a Hollywood multi-million dollar production. U will love it. Guaranteed.
