Horrible experience at room no.125 booking for 27th Aug 2016. We could have died during stay, ceiling collapsed at midnight around 12.45PM, my 2 years old son was sleeping right below. Luckily me and my wife were awake else either we’re in hospital or dead.
We had to shift to alkeim facility at 1:15PM. Our booked room was with Jacuzzi, were shifted to normal executive room. Not even a word of apology from management. Insane.
Stay away if you wanna be alive.
Lobby looks great to fool customers overall hotel and management is third class
