Govt. transport always associates a memory of OLD, SCRAPED bus.but last time when I took KSRTC AIRAVAT Multi Axel Club Class for Bangalore to Pune it just changed by perception, From staff to bus quality all seemed so perfect it was hard to believe.more over online facilities to book ticket was something more value addition.
Anyways, about my 15 hrs journey all I need to say was it was truly in line with its TAG line- "Sleep Like a Baby" and I truly did in my whole journey.thanks to K.S.R.T.C. The only problem I find is K.S.R.T.C needs to introduce more pick up points for people like us who travel from other part of the city like Electronic city
Over all, I am very satisfied with the service and will be travelling tomorrow again from PUNE to Bangalore with K.S.R.T.C.
K.S.R.T.C. truly deserves a 5 star!
