I had never expected this kind of behavior from ksrtc. I had always considered ksrtc above any other travel operator because of its safety standards and quality but since last 1 month, my views seem to have changed. I cancelled 4 tickets last month.Recieved refund of two tickets but my 2500 rupees are still with them because they did not refund me the amount for other 2 tickets.
Please return the amount and do not break the trust we have on you people.
