I traveled using KSRTC multiple times on various routes.Most of the times experience was quite good with a couple of bad experience.
It is a bit late few times but over all quality is good.One of the best services available starting from Bangalore with reasonable price.Some bad experiences like when my wife traveled alone, she had to pay extra money for luggage(there was only one bag).
