I own a maruti suzuki car and I use to visit KTL for servicing every year. Everytime I got my car serviced, they charged me around 8000 rs. I got my car serviced around 4 times at this price .
But later I came to know that they are charging unnecessary money from people. They add unnecessary thing in the name of defects and even charge for cleaning the car which is already a part of servicing.
Last time in February, I took my car for servicing and they made a bill of around 8000 rs. After that I argued with them and told to get my car back. Then I contacted their superiors via phone and they assured me the help.
After few minutes, the staff said they will do whatever they can and then I got my car serviced and this time the bill was around 3400 rs.
So, as you can see, here is a big difference between the amount I have paid earlier and this time. So please be aware of everything and do not pay extra money in the name of additional things.
