I bought a I 10 from Kun Hyundai Khairatabad in the month of April.
On the evening before I called the Salesman Harsha and asked him whether all accessories are part of the deal or not. He said it is not.
I went to the showroom and he introduced me Mr Raghuveer. The guy looked decent. I told him that accessories are usual as part of sales discount.
After much negotiations he agreed on a seat cover and Rs. 3000 as cash discount. I bought the car on next day. On inquiring about the cash and other parts I was told it will come after the loan comes in. I agreed and left with the new car.
After a month they did not come back. When I asked the salesman he aid everything is adjusted and there is nothing to be given back.
I wet to the showroom and talked to them and they agree that the discount will be given. Then again I went back. After 15 days again I asked for the cheque the salesman again said sir there is no balance to be given to me.
I went to the showroom and inquired and Mr Raghuveer and Harsha both out rightly rejected all the previous claims.
Their customer care manager tried all hands to convince me that I am wrong and what their salesperson are saying is correct.
After that they kept on repeating the same thing again and again.
