[REVIEWS ON THE BASIS OF TASTE?]
This is the one which I love to eat without having any fear of negative fat. The only and only thing behind the love for kurkure chilli chatka is the taste and that mouth feel uuummmmmm!
As we can see the colour this also eyecatching soo one can easily grab it( specially girls?) even though if we are having hard workout this is the totally wrong snack for people like us who work hard in gym and paid strict attention towards the nutrition but, but the thing is we are indians and we prefer spices, oils, fried things and all so easily one cant insist ourselves to ignore this snack, not only this but the other flavours of kurkure masti masala and all, apart from kurkure also there are many snacks and namkeen brands which are highly eatable by people in our country( mainly girls) . So what the thing we have is forget the nutrition grab onto that particular snack, why? because of the taste yeah its true. One cant easily ignore the smell of spices which our mother had in her kitchen likewise the taste which kurkure gives is sooo much loveable and fantastic.
This one flavour I am eating from my childhood as they didnt stopped making this flavour as well as I didnt got any reason to hate this flavour. I love another snacks too but this one is my favourite.

One can have it in a small amount at some particular time period. As this review is on the basis of nutrition so I want to tell you this thing that is does only and only have
• FAT( 36g of 100g pack)
• SODIUM( nearly 864mg of 100g pack)
• CARBS( 54g of 100g pack)
• SUGAR( 3g of 100g pack) and
• PROTEIN( 6g of 100g pack)
So this was the total nutrition value of a 100Gram kurkure pack which comes in ??
So yaa its not that much bad for our heath as some of you find it difficult because it give us nearly 560 calories and that much of sodium is very harmful for our body if you guys are really concerned about you body than you gottaa know about this amount of sodium even though for some purposes if we had this about of sodium perday its not that much bad but if we exceed the limit of sodium per day than it is really a disturbing factor in you body growth of health which can clearly leads to cholestrol and many other disease.
But the conclusion we get by this all thing is we can have a pack of kurkure chillu chatka once a week or twice a week if we are health concerned and if you are from those who wants that this doesnt matters so you can have it as much as you can but guys have a limit of this snack as this can lead your lifw towards danger zone in coming time.
