I have been using this chimney for quite a while now. The performance of the product is good. And it is properly and decently priced too. Cleaning and maintenance is easy. Hence overall product experience is okay. The main problem with this is the service of kutchina. Untimely service. Overly priced spares. Extremely annoying.
