Hello All this is to inform you all via Mouth-Shut Portal please, please keep away from Kutchina Products. Particularly the In build glass Hobs. They have the worst product line and even worst is there Customer service who sits at "Kolkata". They dont have any know how, control nor any coordination with the service team here in "Bangalore"
I purchased a HB 3BLDLX Inbuilt Glass Hob back in June-2015 within 3- month of purchase the big burner started to malfunction. After repeated complaint to back end Customer care technician attended and the somehow the issue got temporary resolved, again after 6 months issue was reported. I specifically asked to replace the product in first instance but my request was turned down by the attending technician and the Customer care Ppl. The technician are novice and dont know anything about the product . As of writing this review last Saturday 9th July 2016 I, logged a complaint with respect to the same hob even after 5 -Days nobody bothered to turn up, as the big burner was not igniting and the other two small burners are useless and takes hours to prepare food. Finally after much coaxing with back office I got a call from Kutchina tech to inform me that to clean the nozzle with a thin wire, which I said I have already done. The mechanic insisted to me clean again and call him next morning. Is this why I have paid for the product and also willing to pay for the out of warranty service to go through all this trouble?

Even after sending SMS to the Distributors in Bangalore "Avigna Enterprise" no body bothered to revert back. This Co.is only interested to sell its god damn product with 0 Customer service.
Finally after waiting for 5 days today, finally for peace of mind I, exchanged the crap product for a Prestige cook top. I will share the same review to Kutchina Customer care Email so that "Namit Bajoria" Director, Kutchina can have a look and try to do some meaningful changes for a better Customer experience.
