Kutchina HB 3BL DLX Glass Hob
Hello Customer care.
With much displeasure, I am writing the below mail.
I have Purchased below two Kutchina products in Bangalore 18/06/15 Installed on 27/06/15
FLORENTINE CHIMNEY(Working good)
3 BURNER HOB(HB 3BL DLX) Machine SL No 140810800436(Not Working)
From Day one the Hob is not functioning properly something or the other happens and, I have to call the Customer care to log a ticket. The Latest problem is that the Big burner is no longer working and, I have logged a Complaint over the phone on 31st August-15 Docket ID: 131414100552.
It been more than 5-Days that, I have logged the complained but nobody tuned up to check and inspect the faulty component.
The Service center in Bangalore is really worst for Kutchina.
I would like to get the entire Hob replaced with a new product or get my money refunded. As, I am no longer interested in kutchina products and get a better brand like FABER.
Please escalate this email to the higher management so that appropriate action is taken.
As without the Hob it is impossible to do your daily cooking. Please take this as a matter of urgency and get a replacement Hob or my money back.
Till date no response received .
