I flew from india to kuwait recently on this airline. I had flown air deccan and jet which are indias domestic airways before. as this was an international flight I was expecting a lot. arabian hospitality at least.
but to my dismay this was a very bad trip in every aspect. I felt like I was in a bullock cart serviced by inexperienced kids.
first of all they are not polite and inspite of that they were playing around telling jokes loudly and running from seat to seat playing something like hide and seek. I
could not believe they were charging 25000 rs for this experience. mytv was not working and when I asked them about it they ignored me.
food was lousy. and there was turtbulence on the way and no explanation not even they gave basic safety briefing.
never travel by this airline.
