I happen to travel by this airline to States.Firstly every connecting flight is delayed for like 30 mins.flight is ready to board & we were still in baggage check in queue because there was a delay from airlines.reason.’technical fault’
Now because its a long journey one usually expects the journey to be comfortable . But with kuwait unfortunately its the most irritating journey.
One of the most weird thing is the magazines are kept right in front of your seat which displays a good list of movies.but when you try & on the tv to watch them.you never get through it.
When I asked for assistance every time there was only one reply’Mam there is a technical fault’ and guess what my to & fro journey which was with a gap of quite a few days.even that did not solve kuwait airways so called’technical error’
I would say if its a long journey abroad especially to States please avoid this airline
