I had recently travelled on Kuwait Airways from Mumbai-kuwait and back to mumbai....
Remember this is No Smoking flight and no Alcohol is served on board....
The flight to kuwait was very nice the cabin crew was helpful the in- house entertainment was working good.. the food was good... the staff at airport were also helpful..it was a Airbus 330.... Aircraft was clean and legroom sufficient...
The cabin crew all the passengers to shut there windows at around 8.00 AM I never understood the reason for that, anyway I didnt bother to argue / enquire on the issue....
Had heard about non cooperative cabin crew but frankly I personally found them helpful ..... although one cabin crew had a very negative impression about India and were suggesting fellow european passengers against flying to India. I was very hurt at such comments...cabin crew should abstain from making such comments in my opinion but again that was her opinion and not necessarily the fact....
The cabin crew at kuwait airport although was a nightmare/...... firstly there is only one counter for passengers to checkin..again in our case the attendant was not present creating a chaos scene there..the authorities did little to inform the waiting passengers on what was going on....... finally a attendant turned up after 30 minutes...again he forgot to give us the baggage stickers......
The flight while returning was a old flight..some boeing..... the staff not as good ..service okay.....food good...... had lot of vegetarian food.....was on time
The baggage arrived properly.......
The captain during both my flights seemed matured and was good in communication.....
Overall..I will prefer flying with kuwait airways next time......
