I have been working out for around 4 years here, and certain things which I can point out to everyone is as below:
Less space
A little conjusted management
Air conditioners work really well after the renovation
Equipments are not up to date and takes a lot of time to get repaired if it gets damaged due to heavy weight workouts, it has happenned with me a lot.
Theres a swimming pool, u can take a swim after you workout but only if you are a member of the sports club or else you will have to pay around 60 2 80 bucks for an hour per day and public holidays cost extra.
A non member of the sports club can only enter the gym thrice a week with the membership card number of the existing member.
The biggest advantage is that you dont have to stay in a que for working out, you want weights take them and do it, because there are less people around as it is a sports club and most people tend to play sports rather than workout.
And when you have a lot of time to workout without waiting then obviously you can finish the same within an hour and then the soreness you feel at night.
If working out in a normal place, with a normal air conditioning service and a decent crowd by your side and not wasting your time like other members who just like to watch television. You can give it a try. Per weekday and working day you enter the gym it will cost you Rs. 60 with a members card number and only thrice a week, you can make that 4 days a week by talking to the staff. I hope this opinion was useful for people who are reading it. Thank you
