Let me start with what I like about Kyunki..the one thing which attracts me the most is Joint family..The way people live together thast the best part of the serial..I know its a bit difficult to have a joint family..but its not impossible and there are quite a few joint families..
The next thing is the celebrations of different festivals which is shown..they have tried their best to keep up Indian Culture thast commendable..the Dandias and garbas are really a treat to watch..It also educates us of the traditional rituals of the Gujratis...
The third best thing it shows is the Respect towards elders by the members of the family. I know its difficult for some of the generation X guys to digest that..But still I like watching those...
Now let me point out what I dislike In kyunki..Well I don’t like the unnecesssary dragging of the story...
The Plastic surgerys of people making their height to grow and their skin to darken with also a change in voice...I mean there are a few things which are insensible..
But then..............
I sometimes fail to understand what do people expect from Soap operas..Well if Someone asks me I would just answer by saying good entertainment..To say about Kyunki Saas.....I dont say its a perfect serial..but If people all over rate it still as a Good one there shud definetely be something which must be applauded..I know sometimes it goes baseless but then which serial is 100% sensible..I enjoy watching it sometimes and I feel my purpose of viewing Is served..
i dont say we have to behave like the characters of Kyunki or for that matter any serials..but if we can pick up some good points whats the harm in picking up...Lets take it in a positive way ..Lets try to shun out the negatives and concentrate only on the positives..if Its still not possible I guess Star is not the only channel and remote is not In Taliban...
