I would like to review my experience with L&T Finance. I have been using their services for a few years now and I must say that I am not satisfied with their services at all.
First of all, the customer service team at L&T Finance is terrible. I have had to call them several times to sort out certain issues but they never seem to be able to help. The staff are often very unhelpful and don’t seem to understand the problem. I have also had to wait a long time to get through to a customer service representative, which is very frustrating.
The application process is also very slow and cumbersome. It took me several weeks to get approved for a loan and I had to submit a lot of paperwork. I was also asked to provide a lot of personal information such as my income and credit score, which was very intrusive.
In addition, the interest rates charged by L&T Finance are quite high compared to other lenders. They also charge a lot of fees, which add to the cost of the loan.
Finally, I had a few issues with the repayment process. The payment dates were often changed at the last minute, which made it difficult to keep track of payments. I was also frequently say it is not helpful.
